Aikido comes To Woolsery

Aikido is a Japanese martial art that teaches self-defence, fitness and calmness . It may be practised by women and men. The Hartland Aikido Club practises a style known as Ki Aikido. This involves the study of mental and physical relaxation techniques which may be applied in daily life as well as in the practice of Aikido itself. The new classes start on 25th February at the Woolsery Sports and Community Hall. Classes commence at 7:30 and last for about 2 hours.
